AiLBUM is a showcase platform for AI-generated creations. Think of it as a hybrid between Dribbble, Unsplash, and Product Hunt, but specifically for work made with artificial intelligence. Users can publish, explore, and share AI art, tools, experiments, and other creative projects.
To publish creations on AiLBUM you need an account. Registration is handled through GitHub OAuth via Supabase Auth. By signing in you authorise us to receive your basic GitHub profile information (username, email, avatar) to create and maintain your AiLBUM account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GitHub account. AiLBUM does not store your GitHub password and has no control over your GitHub credentials.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these obligations, with or without prior notice.
You retain all rights to the creations you publish on AiLBUM. By uploading content you grant AiLBUM a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote your creations within the platform and its associated channels (social media, newsletters, etc.).
The AiLBUM platform itself, including its source code, design, branding, and logo, is the intellectual property of VIRTUASHIELD SL. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.
All creations submitted to AiLBUM go through a review queue before being published on the public feed. This process helps us maintain quality and ensure compliance with our content guidelines.
We reserve the right to reject, remove, or request modifications to any creation at our sole discretion. Rejection does not imply any judgement about the legal status of the content.
AiLBUM offers a Supporter tier for a one-time payment of $50 USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing the Supporter tier you gain access to additional features as described on the Supporter page.
The Supporter tier is a one-time, non-recurring payment. Because the benefits are delivered immediately and digitally, refunds are generally not available. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at hello@ailbum.com and we will review your case.
VIRTUASHIELD SL reserves the right to modify, add, or remove Supporter features over time. Significant changes will be communicated in advance.
AiLBUM is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIRTUASHIELD SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to AiLBUM in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of AiLBUM after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of AiLBUM shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
